Only known as Tempus, they are one of the most relevant individuals to the Toxloy-Milaur conflict.
They do not have an assigned gender, and are believed to be a divine entity.
Tempus has been relevant to the war in many ways, possibly being the origin of some of the causes in many ways, and has been slowly tearing apart both armies with their "cult", [The Raven's Eye].
They have also corrupted and tampered with many of the enterprise's articles, limiting or altering information related to them in order to stay hidden.
