"The Raven's Eye" is a cult-like organization directed by Tempus, an entity believed to have a God-like status and the ability to create and destroy, however, the cult itself does not utilise weapons of anomalous nature. They have interfered with many of the enterprise's operations, nullifying the efforts to stop the Toxloy-Milaur conflict, and are believed to have had a hand in it's creation to begin with.
Not much is known about their intentions, as they seem to want to "meet the old ones", entities that are described by them as an ancient race of wise creatures, that have reached multiple galaxies with their technology, however, no documentations of such a species existing in the proximity of the Hare solar system exist.
The only proper message that OS has ever recieved from their part is "Face the raven".
